  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    After payment is received,it will go through a 6-8 business days processing period. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 3 weeks.

  • Do you accept custom order?

    Yes, We do! You can give us your custom size or a picture of dress what you want. And then we can make as you want.

  • If don't know how to choose right size?

    If you are not sure what's your correct size, We highly suggest you choose free custom size(bust, waist, hips and your height). we offer this service for free. Be careful, pls provide correct size, if you don't know how to measure, you can get someone professional to help you!

  • Our Cancellations Policy

    Hello,as all of our dresses are made to order and once the our production begins,our dressses material cannot be reused.The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below .

    Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

    Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.

    Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.

    Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
